ppl say TKMs shouldnt wear heavy armor, like 80-90%bc of ham costs, do u think maybe if i didnt use VKs, i could, if not what do u reccamond i wear? bc i kept gettin my ass owned by a master commando with 85% kinetic, mega buffed, and spiced up ... ty

depends on what you do. Usually onlymind encumbranceis a problem with armorwhen you are doctor-buffed.

When I do missions for 11k i only wear clothes (+warcry + intimidate) - I don't have to take drugs because mind costs are ok, so almost no downtime and the 11k mission mobs don't hit hard.

For harder hitting mobs(nightsisters...)and PvP take buffs, drugs and armor. You will have downtime after the muon gold wears off but you can handle a lot more damage... try fighting a commando with no armor hehe - even my master doctor cannot save me very often without armor.

I have 2 macros one is named "brawler" and switches to warcry/intimidate clothes in 1 second - the other is named "tank" and switches to the advanced composite set.

I like to start my gaming day by getting mind, focus and willpower all buffed by a good entertainer then getting a full set of master doc buffs to round me out then I can wear my full set of 80% resistant composite and still have enought secondary ham stats to spam specials all day. I keep the fish drink, ice cream and muon gold on my hotbar for quick mind heals. The ice cream allows me to spam hard core for a few minutes atstrategic times.

With a decent set of buffs and power up I have all of my ham bars over 2000 even wearing a full set of composite. With foods and buffs i can jump the main stats to over 3000.

This lasts me about 2 hours which is plenty of time to do alot of missions or any good raid.

Now if Ihave to go longer I willfight just useing powerup, food ,and spices fortunatly since I was wearing my armor when the buffs wore off I dont have any problems.You do have to be more carefull about spamming specials but thats what the ice cream is for.

A slightly cheaper method is to get a good set of 70% kinetic resistant Ubese armor. IF you mostly hunting animal mobs rather then npcs then most of the damage is going to be kinetic. Ubese has alot less encumbrance and its usually cheaper to buy.

Over all havingone of eachis the best of both worlds, I can use the ubese when hunting mobs keeping my composite for those times i need that extra protection.

P.S. I wear a formfitting undershirt with +15 to warcry and intimidate that can be worn under any armor. I believe the shirts can be made up to +25 if the BE has the right materials.
