I decided to begin dropping Swordsman to give TKA a try. It is exciting trying new professions, but being a Wookiee makes thing tough in any situation. I am just curious if any of you are a Wookiee TKA and how you perform in solo PvE and PvP...
Thanks...

I am a Wookiee. Yes, it's tough having no armor. I can tell you, though, that TKA is the best profession among the melee elites - I've done Fencer and Swordsman, and TKA is superior by far.
#1 - Dizzy & KD are your friend. And, you get them in the first boxes after novice.
#2 - Meditate saves wound stacking, and keeps you healthy.
#3 - PowerBoost is the single most helpful special ability in the game. With a dancer mind buff, you can be almost invincible.
#4 - Unarmed Lunge is your friend in PVE combat. Teach those kiting armor-wearers the meaning of respect.
#5 - Have fun. I have truly enjoyed TK. So much, that I've decided to stop hologrinding and stick with this permanently.

Dont forget Warcry and Intimidate... those can save you taking a lot of extra damage and downtime healing.

I am a wookie TKM, master brawler and master creature handler.
TKM is soo much fun I can't describe it. And with the more powerful warcry and intimidate of master brawler mobs that con even when im grouped with my lvl 65 pet are easy peasy to kill ( buffed of course )
The ham costs of TKM is very very high so most masters wouldnt be wearing armor anyway.
And as a future note .. wookies are apparently getting natural light armor .. which will be a nice boost for them.

I can't spare the Skill points for Master Brawler unfortunately so I bought a B.E Bandolier with +15 Warcry / +15 Intimidate.. Seems to work quite well

My second account is a Wookie TKM. PVE is great no problems there. I PVP alot with him aswell, and do very well. Doctor buffs are a must for PVP, also buy a crate of MKII or III shield generators they are the difference between life and death, I also am a master brawler to get the first KD advantage makes a big difference.
