ok, on valcyn I'm holding a pvp melee tourny to help raise funds for the city I live in. What rules should I have in order to insure fairness amoung all the competitors?

If you do more research on the Bria board about LFD fight night, you can find other rules for 1 vs 1 battle.

Saddly I couldn't find 1v1 rules anywhere on the site, and as 2v2 and 1v1 are enirely different things...

My bassic rules that I had thought of where fight to the db, but have doctors on standby to res. No spices, I've had a few people gripe at this... no pets, buffs alowed, but not manditory (got complaints from this as well) What I also need to know is restrictions on armor, ect.

I'm also charging an entry fee of 10k per person... is this reasonable? I'm acutally hosting this event in order to raise some fund for the player city I live in. 40% to winner, 20% to second place, 10% to 3rd. leaving 30% to the townhall. I really could use some help

My thoughts : no db, the fight stop one of the oppenement can't stand up ( because of TKA FoW ), all spice and foodavailable ( everyone can usethem

, buffs allowed only if you have the skills to buff yourself, all armor available.

The problem with only allowing buffs if you can buff yourself is that whoever has them has the clear advantage and could easly win the tourny. Not all tka, pikeman, heavyswordsmen, fencers have the ability to buff themselves you know... I'm hoping there will be several doctors there making themselves avalible to help buff the competitors (at thier own cost)

but as for the spice, I want to add a condition ( and I want your opinions on this) if your match is called, and you're on a downer. tough love.

True but he also spend points to be able to buff himself. About buying the buffs, either the two duelersagree to do itor they don't buff at all.

What about Powerbuff for TKA, you will have to think about it, keep in mind FoW as well.

Well, either you hold the duel till the downer is gone or your advertise that "no duel will be held if one of the competitor is under a spice downer. No spice or food allowed is also an option.
