Im a TKA Novice at 0102 and I plan on doing a lot of PvE while I level up and I need to know the best character stats to have until I master TKA. I uses buffs almost all the time while I play so keep that in mind. What are the best stats I should have. Pleast dont say a lot of mind. I need real numbers. I am a Human Male.
