Hmmm, a hard one.
The word is actually fromfinnish word meaning steel hands, and in finnish alphabet you have these two cute little dots over the A's in that word (Teräs Käsi).
The english pronounciation could be something like the-r-ass cas-ee . I'm not sure if that is correct, but with my limited knowledge of english language I would say it's close.

Straight from the TKA FAQ
24. How do I pronounce Teräs Käsi?
Teräs Käsi stands for "Steel Hands" in Finnish. In Finnish: The "ä" with two dots over it sounds like the a in "at". The "k" & "t" are not aspirated. Stress is always on the first syllable. So Teräs Käsi sounds something like TEHR-ass KASS-ee. To hear it for yourself, paste Teräs Käsi into this site (http://www.mikropuhe.com/demo.asp) and click on the button labeled "Kuuntele Puhe."
