Thread: DO ANY OF THE DEVS, CSRs, OR TSRs....
its really hard to disregard some of our complaints if you have actually played the prof and see what i mean....
the nerf to TKA has gotten way too extreme
but ehn i went home and played it i literally killed myself using KD 4 times....and NOT by spamming.....
i think i even got a heal in b4 being knocked out
no armor
no vibros
this creature con'ed white
if being a TKA means "move and you die"
i think the DEVs will LOSE customers....
i picked up the game knowing i couldnt be a jedi until a long time of playing so i chose TKA b/c it sounded rather cool....who would hav thought the DEVs romanticized the prof and stuck the prof in there just to turn it into a moving target for the ranged players and NPC's

when SO MANY PEOPLE SAY WE WILL LEAVE AND GO TO BLIZZARD doesnt that make you guys a tad bit nervous????
at least give us a serious response to our requests
Its so simple when you really take the time to think about it.
SWG is broken so the devs have their work cut out for them fixingall the broken issues in this game and when you include the fact that SOE has put a deadline for the expected release dates for vehicles, rideables and the expansion for space ships it makes life impossible for the devs.
Alas the reps and devs have an anwser in saving more time! They figure that they can make all the changes they needed to for the fixes in the other professions by not having to worry about how their fixes effect the Teras Kasi profession! If they fix a profession and it screws the Teras Kasi profession then who cares right? Even though Teras Kasi is as many Star Wars fans mayknow is an improtant part of theStar Warsworld andStar Wars myth in some Star Wars novels. The SOE reps and SWG devs have decided on their own that Teras Kasi has really has no place in SWG (even though they said they were commited to making SWGa game based on the Star Warsworld and myth) and thus they nerf Teras Kasi 3 times with last wensdayspatch being the 3rd and finalnerf that brings death to the Teras Kasi profession.
I did not think thatthis weekendwe would hear from SWG the dev that Holo told us was now looking at resolving the Teras Kasi issues because of the following reason listed below.
1. They SOE reps and SWG devs did not expect such an out cry in protests in their nerfing of the Teras Kasi skill.
2. Becase of SOEs neglect ofaddressing the past issues with Teras Kasi while fixing other issues with non Teras Kasi porfessions there is now no easy way to fix the Teras Kasi profession because doing so may create an unblance and thus nerf other professions.
3. (This one is the most important reason) The SWG dev that was assigned to look into the issues of the Teras Kasi profession had a BIG kegger party to attend this weekendand is now to busy recovering from a nasty hangover let alone type a response to our questions that we have waited all weekend for!
I wonder if Gorge Lucas know that SOE isputting a stain onhis Star Wars legacy?

i just dont understand how changing game code from one prof can affect another prof....
are you saying that the changes they made to the other arts of the game resulted in the TKA nerfs?
Most of the regulars on this TKA profession board agree that this was no bug that effected the TKA profession because the changes to the TKA profession from last wensdays patch would of been to BIG for the SWG devs to not notice.
So now you need to ask your self this question.
In all the changes that were listed for wensdays patch why did the devs not mention the BIG change to the TKA profession?
