I know I know, it sounds crazy. Reducing the skill point cost of a profession!?!?! But is it really that crazy?

I have Rifleman, TKA, and Medic. I've taken medic just to have a good time outside of combat(i craft some crappy meds and sell them, nothing great, but they sell and make a small profit). Rifleman is really my only viable PvP option(and now PvE), and though I tend to have more fun being a pure TKA, I am hesitant to reduce my PvP ability to that of a chef.

And TKA, well we can all admit that TKA(even the devs have said it) suck in PvP. We lose in melee, we lose at range, we kill ourselves with KD, and we get kited. In PvE we are the ones dealing the least damage, unable to target a pool over long periods, and are the ones who are the first to die.

So where does TKA become WORTH just as many skill points as Rifleman? Or Pistoleer? Or CHEF? At least until TKA is brought up to par, how about a reduction of skill point cost, and let us take something useful?

Simply put, I'm paying just as much to get some wrotten tomatoes as the guy next to me is to get a bag of delicious Doritios(ranch?)

Please nerf TKA's! I just one hit incap'd myself again with knockdown!

Actually, i think the skill point cost is the one thing they got done pretty good at this point. Only thing i'd change is letting others trainthe Novice of other elite skills past the 6 basics.

I think only masters should be able to train novice. And the actual art of master should be self trainable after a certain amount of apprentice AND experience points are achieved. In other words, I don't think master should be purchaseable or teachable, it should just happen with 620AP XP and another 100,000xp (just throwin a number out) in whatever your professions 'general' experience is (the one that you need to use the same xp for in two tiers...and if there isn't a general one then any of the 4 or perhaps all ). You don't choose to learn it, as soon as you reach the critera you're given an option to use 1 skill point to use it.
