I was told there's a 1 sec speed cap on TKAs, is that true?

If so, my sliced 1.5sec VK would be useless to me (TK expert) am i right and i should go get a VK with power sliced.

With my 1.5dly knucks I can get 2 attacks in every 1.5 seconds (that is to say if I look at my combat tab with timestamp on I'll see something like

xx:xx:11 you hit such and such a thing for 297dmg
xx:xx:11 you hit such and such a thing for 328dmg
xx:xx:12 you hit such and such a thing for 261dmg
xx:xx:13 you hit such and such a thing for 343dmg
xx:xx:13 you hit such and such a thing for .....

etc....thats a little dumbed down -- well a lot dumbed down. Pehraps tomorrow I'll turn my log on and use it for that screen.

Regardless I see 2 hits in the same second frequently and there's always at least 1 hit per second so I think we can hit more than once per second.

It's a combination of hitting exactly on the second and the timestamp function rounding. Attack is capped at 1, which TKA's hit about halfway into the tree.

So the 1sec cap is really there?

I should get a dmg sliced VK instead of a speed sliced then...
