OK so I just made TKM 2 days ago, and I still have yet to figure out how you guys use unarmed lunge in conjunction with dizzy to lay out an opponent and keep him there for a bit. I've tried using KD1 and KD2 and dizzy (I know dizzy is included in KD2) and lunge in different combinations with no luck. It seems that everytime I get an opponent on his back the next special I do pops him right back on his feet. Any help is appreciated.

Sorry for the misspelling of the word "Most" I'm not sure what happened there.

I have not done enough testing in PvP yet, but KD2 seems to work pretty well vs other players. In a couple of situations I've found that the only way to kill someone was KD 2 + head hit.

it works only VERY VERY rarely in PvE. Works just about everytime in PvP. Ask a friend if he'll let you try it. Knock him down, and throw a dizzy on. Then end the duel and die laughing as he attempts to get up, and fails time and time again.

I don't have TKM, so I use dizzy and lunge1.
I usually hit dizzy a few times, then use lunge1, it seems to keep them down a while (sometimes).
If I dizzy them the same way then use knockdown1 (I don't have knockdown2), they usually get up within 5 seconds and the dizzy state has gone.
I actually find dizzy and lunge1 more effective than knockdown1 for keeping them in range.
