PLEASE READ BEFORE PROCEDING:

This post is for noobs.....mostly. I dont want to get a bunch of smart a** remarks about "we already knew that and you are a day late and a dollar short" so save it...if you dont have something constructive to add then post you lame, trivial remarks somwhere else!

PROCEDE:

I have found that like most people and good macro using disorientating attacks works well before attacking a creatures health....ie a macro with dizzy, stun, blind and intimidate.

I have also found that by the time you get to stun you HAM is way down when equiped with a Vibro Knuckler.

Tip: Run up to creature (Unarmed) and use the Macro...after disorienting the creature with your macro quickly equip the Vibro and hit berserker and go to town...it really helps and the damage the creature takes from you with be cut in half and in some cases even more.

Also: I suggest getting CH skills....My Grand Wrix has saved me alot of heart ache since he is the first one I send in to the fray. Now the creatures attack him..then I come up from behind and lay into them..even Vicious Huf Duns on Talus dont last long!

actually, in the macro, you can have it equip your knucklers as the last thing so that you don't have to worry about equipping/unequipping them.

To add:

If you go with Master Doctor as a second profession, you can migrate your all your Blue bars to Max and buff your other stats. This way you'll never have to worry about Unequiping your VK's. I can hit Dizzy, Knockdown, Stun, Blind, Intimidate and Spin Attack twice each and never dent my HAM with my VK's on.

Now, Maknar, let's be truthful here, they dent, for all of 10 seconds, than good...heh

I'm truly loving being master doc with TKM. Working very well, this eliminates the problems we have with armor as well. I wear full rebel marine armor (minus helmet cause I like my face and hair out) and you'll never have to remove your VKs if you don't want to. You can last for some time that way. Throw some food in the mix and you're good to go.

For those that want a profession other than being a doctor, you can also look into using looted knucklers. True they aren't as damaging or fast as well-crafted ones, but they do not have the HAM penalties either. They are a decent alternative to at least consider.

Haha, you got me...but 10 seconds might be pushing since I get my Constitution and Stamina over 2000. My regen is ungodly.

my tactic is to not use knucklers at all unless my ham drops too low for me to safely use specials then i equip knucklers while trying to either regen or get stimmed . knucklers are nice for low ham mobs that you can take in a few hits or with groups . other than that the ham cost is soo high if you arent buffed youll most liekly lose that confrontation . some may say its a poor tactic but ive fought all the outter rim planets and have done exceptionaly well . power isnt the trick the trick is first to get the mob off its balance with your state hits .
