Greetings all,

I am considering a template that uses the meditative line for powerboost, I am not interested in the "Force of Will" skill for several reasons that I am not going to go into right now. My question is does box three and four in the line aid powerboost? Meaning does it increase the boost? Does it aid the speed of the boost?
