Thread: VK's worth the HAM cost?

with dancer and musician buffs, plus brandy yes. otherwise you may need to tweak your mind stats. i am 400/400/1000. all secondaries match those stats. so when i am buffed, it takes like 13 mind points without armour. when i am music/dance buffed, i take vasarian, put on my full armour, and i use 0 HAM to spam my specials = )

Mor-Dan you crazy chef who let you out of the kitchen? 
Like he said, if you're mind-buffed and use good brandy, the HAM costs are negligeable. Spam away!

Also depends on what you are fighting. With no armor and low resists to kinetic, sure stay empty handed. If the target has light armor or better use the VKs or you'll barely scratch it if at all...

Yeah, what he said. I have my mind at 1000 and both secondary stats maxed, and I always use 2 shots of brandy while fighting. I ran sharnaff missions for about 8 hours total yesterday and with my looping unarmed hit2 macro I got up to 1,2,4,3 TKA. I never once ran out of mind pool. So yes, VK's are definately worth it, I got mine sliced 29% so it's now 1.5 speed and 142 damage. I roughly hit for 1400 with unarmed hit2. I can't wait until i get master and see what unarmed hit3 will do for me.

Hey guys. Just started down the path of TKA with my alt. I was wondering if the VK's are worth the Mind cost it takes to use them.
