I was wondering if at mediatae 4 on TKA tree, u can actually healwounds, or does that happen at master? If so what can a TKA do at meditate 4? Thanks.

Its in the FAQ, but here is the rundown:

Med 4 - Heal Wounds

Med 3 - Nothing New, improvements in speed of healing states and duration of Powerboost

Med 2 - Cure Disease

Med 1 - Cure Poison

Novice - Cure Bleed
