what is power boost how long does it last and what is a good way to use it?

PB adds half your base mind HAM to all your primary HAM stats for 10 mins. There is no timer on this and you can do it again right after your last one ends but you cannot keep doing it to stack them. It is very useful as a mini buff when you are not buffed but pretty useless when you are buffed. I normally only use it when I go hunting without a buff or as a little extra for PvP. If I have a buff and am doing PvE I rarely take the time to even hit the meditate and PB hotkeys.

powerboost is almost worthless when you have buffs/food, it does come in handy for those times when you dont have buffs and need to continue(corellian corvette anyone?)
