Hi folks,
At this time, the CSRs are going through the in-game knowledge base with a fine-tooth comb, and updating incorrect/out of date entries, as well as adding new ones.
You can get to the knowledge base by opening your Holocron (Ctrl-H) andclicking on the 'Customer Service' button. Alternatively the KB can be viewed through a web-browser by following the link:
If any are so inclined, it would benefit the community greatly if you could report any inaccuracies within this threat, and/or make suggestions for new entries. If you do post on an error, please make a reference to the KB article 'Title' (The question at the top).
Many thanks for your help,

Thank you for kicking off this post Jherad. The Knowledge Base in game is quickly growing to cover more and more topics and provide the most accurate information possible. On a daily basis entries are published to the Knowledge Base and any errors that are located are fixed and published.ffice

The exciting thing about the Knowledge Base is that the response time for the entries can be so swift. If you locate an error in the Knowledge Base and bring it to your correspondent we can fix it and have the corrected version in game within hours or even minutes of receiving that information. Any gaps in the Knowledge Base can also be quickly filled.
I’ve asked your correspondent to start a thread like this for two reasons. First the Knowledge Base is very important to us, but right now it is under utilized. I’m working with the Correspondents and the Developers to increase awareness for the Knowledge Base. Soon we’ll be changing some things in game to make the Knowledge Base a lot more visible.
That brings me to my second reason for coming to you – information that is as complete and accurate as possible. When the Knowledge Base becomes more prominent it will be vital for it to be as complete and accurate as possible. We have been working internally and with the Correspondent program to comb the Knowledge Base and add new entries. We would really appreciate it if you could point out anything that you find to be in error, out dated, or simply missing. If you think a question needs to be asked that’s not here please post it, or send it directly to your correspondent. We’ll work to get as many into the Knowledge Base as we can.
Thank you for your support and we really hope that you find the Knowledge Base to be a useful source of information. Please keep in mind that the Knowledge Base is intended to provide information about systems and policies but will not provide direct spoilers.
Since this is in the works now I would like to propose that they add a complete detailed skill mechanics list.
List ALL the details of the specific skills in the Holocron so we dont have to rely on rumors and non official informational sites like swgcenter.com/info/SpecialMoves.asp
This will give clear information for those looking to plan a character template before they spend their time on the class and its skills. Hopefully this will help stop the constant Nerf crying post's due to misinformation or players having to guess.
This would clear up soo many issues and I am not sure why it has not already been done. I know this information exist and only needs to be printed in an organized maner for player consumption.
A complete detailed skill mechanics list is a must for this game.
Please : }
Right now a project of that magnitude is beyond the scope of the Knowledge Base. I can, however, try to get answers on any Teras Kasi issues or questions you have. Is there anything about this profession that you need an answer on?

I'm curious about the different levels of meditation. Is there an available formula for how rapidly wounds are healed during meditation, at each different level of the meditation tree?
The Knowledge Base should already contain an article on Meditation that I believe answers your question. Let me know if you have trouble locating that article or find any of the information confusing or incomplete.
* Teras Kasi Novice: cure bleeding
* Intermediate Meditative Techniques: cure bleeding + cure poison
* Advanced Meditative Techniques: cure bleeding + cure poison + cure disease
* Expert Meditative Techniques: cure bleeding + cure poison + cure disease (nothing new)
* Master Meditative Techniques: cure bleeding + cure poison + cure disease + cure wounds

Ah, very helpful. I had searched before but didn't find it under "meditation" but was able to find it under "meditate" this time. Thanks.

Here is the solution: Star Wars Galaxies: How does Teräs Käsi meditate work? When you issue the /meditate command, your character takes a meditation pose. Here's what mediation skill can do for each level of meditation. Note that each additional level increases the speed of the previous levels heals.

Awesome I'm glad it helped. Does anyone have any other topics for TK that they would like info on?
When I switch it to ID as IE the KB works fine. If as Opera, I get an error.
thanks,
