Thread: soloed my first krayt

Hey guys, i just got back from the krayt graveyard and i did somethin i never would have thought i'd do 
. The actual graveyard was empty but i kept on searching around for about an hour, next thing you know i head about 900M west of the POI and a giant canyon krayt spawns /cheer. so i got out my 88 base composite, took 2 419 brandys, doc and musician buffs ready, i went in and spammed head hit 3 with swordsman 3-4-1-4 first, thenabout when half his mind was gone i switched to tkm and just spammed the hell outta head hit. Everydamn 5 seconds there was a dizzy KD
, once he was about at 65k mind...buffs are gone since they only had an hour left on them when i found him. But thank the lordone of my friends showed up about 5 seconds after my buffs ran out lol. he tanked, got the krayt, and looted 9 composite segments (:smileytongue. So formost who say it isn't possible i say to you...HA HA!

Well, you did use some Heavy Swords and had a little help at the end, but congrats The main problems with TKAs soloing and beating a Giant Canyon or Ancient Krayt is we do so little damage and that darned Dizzy Knockdown which just wastes even more time.
Tanking a Krayt, for sure, is no problem. Beating one alone with just tka skills is pretty close to impossible without having some sort of dot weapon you can use. Still, congrats on your first solo

I'm sorry, but would not consider that a solo victory. Were it not for your friend showing up.....you would have died. End of story. Sorry to bust your bubble.

I would have to use health shot 1 and 2 with a mod repub and spam the hell out of body hit. I could do it and I might do it.

Lame, don't let your buffs run dry and don't post a 2 person krayt kill as a some sort of great achievement...

ya soloing krayts is fun, im a tkm/master commando/medic 0-1-0-0 andi solo ancients like its nothing
(80kenetic, full buffs, some times mind buffs, brandy and ahrisa, and intimidate)
