I was excited to see how my TKM/MBE toon would fair in "live" .
It was me and 7 others (all jedi) i only seen jedi, thats says something about state of the game as it is.
I dueled all the jedi at different lvls..mostly 80, my toon only being lvl57...lost all my duels
I did some PvE, pfft, similar lvl creatures 1 on 1 were doable, any more than 1 at a time and i was toast
I do more damage WITHOUT VK's equiped, alot more.
PSG dont seem to work, if they do what is the % of damage reduction 2%?
Im not so excited anymore

PSG only works on ranged as far as i know.



lightsabers are energy now I believe, thats what i was referring too

as Nerz said PSG only reduces ranged energy attacks. lightsabers are considered melee energy weapons (not sure about ls throw).

so if u dont wear crafted armour u get certified from other profs u have the TKA inate armour which has a value of 6000 against energy/kinetic - this means about 48% damage reduction. hats all u can get as TK Master (u start at 2000 as Novice).

as far as i know by declaring LS an energy damage weapon they increased the damage amount a LS can do by quite some amount.

and ya there was a few pics going around of a few 3k damage sabers (its the crystal exploit experiance all over again)

This is not like the exploit. Jedi had access to a totally seperate type of damage, in order to balance lightsaber being changed to energy, the damage had to be increased accordingly.

You're thinking of the new system and the new damage numbers. That combat system will no longer exist in a couple weeks. Don't jump to conclusions here...

You know... TC-Ahazi is the only place we can test jedi toons, and TC-EP3 is the only place where non-jedi can rebuild characters at will.....And many of the BH's are also jedi... soooo.....

PSG's dont work on energy melee attacks.
