Thread: Good no GREAT template!!!

Ok the CU will be here we all need to 'get over it' and get down to matter at hand. That is, making it work to our advantage.
I have tried several templates and none worked better then what I am using now. By the way I did not come up with this, someone posted it and I am coping it verbatum. It is awsome!!! Sorry whoever you are I'd give it your name if I knew it. Credit is all yours and thanks!
Here are the goods:
TKM
Swordsman
Brawler for stance and bonuses ( fill all boxes except Master )
0004 in fencer
0140 in Pikeman for intimidate, warcry and acceracy, also spin attacks.
It's good and gives you moves and hits we never had before.. Try it out on test.

i found one that i think works better, tkm, 4404 fencer, 0400 cm, and 1410 medic

Master Brawler
Master Fencer
Pikeman 0034
No armor needed, no weapon needed. Body Hit is your best damage/action ration shot.
Here's the science...
Run up on the target, Lunge, Armor Break, Body Hit, Spin Attack, Impale
Half the health on the target is gone before they know it.

i disagree... see the cm part is helpful when you have 4 guys rooting you and so you can still deal damage while it goes away.

PvE has a lot of tweaking before ANY of it is balanced, so I'm not suprised. As far as PvP goes, I haven't lost in 37 duels now, even against the CM hybrid's.

So in fact making the point, especially for PVP wehere the most complaints came from/against stackers, there is another uber combo.
/shrug
So basically the CU did not do it's work (until it gets fixed before life) yet making (almost) everyone feeling miserable about the changes.

Before proclaiming any uber template, test it in pvp, not justin duels. I'd wager that getting rooted and then shot to pieces by concentrated fire from a group might be a concern for any pure melee template.

Most deff. In duels you are ready to take the fight, ready to have it go. PvP you may not see them, root, blast, dead before you even know it. Not to mention getting super ganked too. So let's put PvP templates, not just duel/PvE, into effect/test.

That works too. Gee, now I have to decide... well time will tell... Also, I have tried both and they work great with one combatant, fair with two, and lousy with three hiting all at once in both ranged and Melee... chose your fights.

i've played just about every combination of tk/fencer/sword with and without CM in the last few days...gone 1 on 1 and won alot, lost a few...damn fire....held my own 2v1 against 2 mbh/mp/0400cm's and did some pvp and killed a cm hybrid (with a bit of help....this game is about numbers afterall 
) personally my template will have tk in it...not sure if i'm going to master as cripplehit in fencer and adv lunge is so nice and the CM fire is just plain fun
