I started going rifleman, but am changing advanced profession to TK. Unforunately i've discovered that while hunting in groups it's much more difficult to earn xp, because the majority of people are marksman and have alreadysubstantially damaged enemy HAM before i even reach the creature. On top of that, once the target starts moving around they quickly become out of range. Any suggestions for a new TK fighter... like where to fight, what to fight, and/or how big a group i should be looking for?

In Groups: Explain to them that you would like to body pull aggressive mobs. If you get a good group, they will let you aggro one and pull it back to the group before they open fire. Also, make sure that you are not the least skilled in the group, or else they will get most of the experience due to outdamaging you.

Solo: Use a pet to pull (CH pet or probot) OR stack some bleeds if you have invested in some ranged skills-- currently, bleeds do not eat any exp.

go to tat, fight anything that says mountain or wasteland before their name. dont join groups, unless its a pet or droid. fight solo, get xp.

if you group with a droid and just have it sit to the side you'll get the group xp bonus all to yourself, its nice. but seeing how KD is little to no help anymore mountain wortts and wasteland cupas might not be as easy as they were. i think giant womp rats would still be easily done. anyways they all give about 2k depending on what lvl you are, if you're close to master you wont get much. just find a lair, hit it twice, and watch the magic of 20ish animals spawning

i lvl'd up the whole power tech line in a day with it

got alot of my unarmed from groups, I worked with my pa, and they would let me milk lairs on advanced planets. (1k-3k unarmed exp). Plus i could still fight whatever spawned, just wouldnt get as much.

Solo i'd hunt on tat killing diseased bobcats, zukka boars, and cu pa's.

Didnt use pets or self-stimpacks during the time before getting tka

Lately I've been hunting narglatch's on moenia, I seem to get an average of 2K tka xp. With ocassional3K xp. Does tatooine(sp) have better creatures than that?

you gotta remember you get xp based on the amt of dmg you do.

so if in a grp, make sure you do at least 50% to get decent xp.

if solo, get a medic and hunt mt squills, greator womp rats, bobcatts, dragonnets (if you can get them 1 at a time), dune lizards (same as b4), and tuskens.
