Ok, tonight I got in a fight with some imperial, I knocked him down with KD2 and the dizzy effect went on, then it actually kept him down for a while. He tried to get up a few times and couldn't.
Now...when the patch first came out I didn't think the dizzy effect was really working - people were getting right back up and when the did the dizzy effect was going away. Did something change or was I mistaken the whole time?
It was certainly nice to have my style actually buy me a bit of time like it is supposed to. He didn't stay down forever, which I don't mind - that's probably unfair. But he stayed down long enough to make it worth something. What gives?

I think that when you're fighitng npc's, the dizzy effect disappears immediately. When fighting players, it seems to stick around a little. At least for me.

Agree with the above, when it applies on players it's always stuck for me.

In the very few times that I have used KD2 post patch in PVP, at least one time said person fell back down a few feet away from their original point. Not that it matters, I still couldnt land anymore attacks on them.
