We have a "fudge factor" on location of 6m. That's 1 second worth of movement for a player. If two players are moving, that means that theoretically, you might have up to 12m error in the distance.
This just seems like a bad design when are max distance is less than their "Fudge Factor". I have noticed that I can not hit anything that moves unless I am right on top of it at 0 distance or unless I can get in front of it and hit it as it passes. Even then I only hit about 1/4 of the time if I am lucky. So what this means is that if my range say 4m then it could really be 16m? Well no wonder I can't hit any moving targets. Please think about fixing this somehow.
