what meditaion 1,2,3 do?
I know 4, you can heal wound?
what with 1,2,3?

MeditationI, II and III stop bleeding (novice and I), cures disease& posion (II and III forgot which order they come in) and gives you power boost (meditation II), which takes half your mind points and adds it to your health and action - which rocks - and is why a lot of us TKM have HAMsimilar to800/800/1000 
Meditation IV does the wounds thing and force of will (recover from incap fast), and the extra meditation points at TKM make them all happen faster, plus gives you a longer duration power boost.
