TKA is getting Melee Mitigation (in general melee elite professions get melee mitigation and ranged elite professions get ranged mitigation...hybrid profressions are mainly getting melee mitigation as well)...it's in the Balance tree for the most part...This is what's on TC currently:

Lvl 1 at Balance 1

Lvl 2 at Balance 3

Lvl 3 at Master TKA
