Wondering if zabraks can wear helms or not..
found a helm and wasnt able to wear it

My character is a Zabrak and I haven't found a helmet yet I couldn't wear...although there are some helmets out there at are just for show and can't be equip'd by anyone (like the ATST helmet that is a mission item)...
There are some species specific items out there (like other players can't wear wookie smocks if not a wookie)...

If you mean like composite or ubese armorhelms i am zabrak and can wear them both... the only reason you might not be able to wear them is because of the encumberance...

Checked and saw the darn thing has a 200 mind encumbrance
