I have an armor attachment that is +25 unarmed damage...trying to see what people think it would be worth. I have it up on auction on bria, starting at 15 mil. What do you guys think? I was TKM previously, and probably wont go back with the holocron grind, so i decided i would sell it.

the Attachment sounds awesome but honestly I would never pay more then around 500k for anyhting like that. Im playing on Gorath, we have tons of rich player but I neversaw any attachments higher then 1 Mil.

BTW, from what Mob/NPC did you get that Attachment ?

I think you are "silly" , no offence.

the only mods that sell for that much are usually armor or weapon experimentation mods since the smith can recover his/her investment by crafting superior products.

Not to mention armor attachments are still bugged...well last i heard anyway. Combine that with decay on armor and the attachment has little value really.. I mean how long does an armor piece last now with decay? Now think about dropping a 15M credit enhancer in there...ya right!

Not dissing the enhancer which is godly but when you look at all sides it is a very poor investment. I recommend starting the auction at 100k at most and let the community decide its value.

since so many tka don't really wear armor (except under extreme circumstances) i wonder how much use an armor attachment would really be worth.

The only Teras Kasi that don't wear armour are 1 of3 types:

1. Wookies
2. Don't know how to use armour effectively
3. Don't do serious PvP

Relating to the armour attachment, 1 Million would be a more sensible starting bid. No one with a brain will pay 15M credits for something that will ultimately decay or be replaced.

I would. Bracer, bicep.. all items that aren't of much importance to me(Torsoshothits chestplate).. so I have mine stacked with lots of mods. Clothing doesn't lose mods at full decay, why would armor?

+25 damage will not make that much difference. Especially 15 million worth of difference. You get Melee or Ranged Defense +25 and you may be able to get a few mill for it.

I have sockets filled in my adv Ubese suit (Intimidate-2, Mask Scent-2and UA Damage-3) and they show up on my mods table. If they're actually doing anything is anyone's guess, but they do show up.

+25dmg wont make much difference? Hmm, it will add 75 to every hit2 or 100 to every hit3. That's a significant difference.

A shame about item decay or this would probably be worth a lot. The only attachments/tapes that are really valuable these days are for crafting experimentation.
