I have a set of vibro knucklers which use 38/54/38 HAM on special attacks. Is this a normal amount or is it possible to get a lot lower costs. I am on Chimaera so a lot of the weaponsmiths are new and it may take time but I want to know if it is worth asking a couple to see if they can help me out. I get incapped frequently due to action pool - 54 dam on 1.6 speed soon wears it out. If this is a good rate for knucklers then I am going to have to reconsider my stat arrangment but I wanted to check first as I'd like to keep high mind/health points. Could people give me an idea of what damage, speed and HAM costs they have gotten on their vibro knucklers.

You can have lower cost of HAM, but it will also reduce VKs damage.

Another option is start using chef foods, which also reduces specials HAM cost.

Edit: forgot the third option (what Im using).

I dont use VKs due the HAM cost. Only wearing those when hitting lair or after succesfull KD.

For attacking lairs, I use my VKs when not using specials most of the time. I debuff the mob with blind, stun, dizzy, dt, etc. Then after that equip the VK, and pummel at will.

This all depends on the engagement, how many mobs, what level mobs, and so on. If I get a mass of mobs, then I am not looking for quick take downs but for stamina (staying in the fight) especially if I am at a spawn site and as I kill one another spawns in it place. This happened one time where I stumbled across a spawn of Savage Quenkers, after about ten, my ham was getting depleted and I could heal but that would drive my Mind down further so I burst run out of there.
