Well you can still wear clothes and get the 75% PVP reduction so if your wearing 60% armor and the person is wearing clothes you will both have the same 75% reduction unless your wearing something better then 75% armor.

Unfortunatly that doesn't work that way. There is a 75% reduction to pvp damage then armor will kick in on the last 25%. So if you have 60% armor in pvp you really take 10% while unarmored you take 25%.

Hmm could be a number of things defence staking templet,food/buffs(doc/musician)Skill tapes. Most likey all of these played into it. Used to see this alot but most times peeps will throw on the armor if they feel they need it. Who they are fighting is a big factor as well I'd bet. I saw2 imps jump a cm/tka and he killed both with no armor but after spamming his area diease and posions wouldn't be much of a need.

No... the damage works like this:
Say someone hits you for 1000 damage (a nice even number).
With pvp, the reduction is 75%, so you're receiving 250 points of damage.
The armor comes into play AFTER the reduction, so the reduction would come off the 250 points of damage, not the initial. So 60% armor receiving 250 damage would be 100 damage taken (or 150 points blocked).
