Thread: TKMs be proud,Jedis are whining about US!!!

First the disclaimer, I don't mean all Jedis whine.
Second, maybe we should be scared, Jedi whining usually turns into something in live.
Anyways, the Jedi boards seem to have some posts about how Fencer and TKM templates can't beat out Jedis, and I don't think they were talking just initiates. I'm going to try and find some more info on this but it looks like we will have some fun beating up some Jedi.
One question though
Lightsabers are considered melee damage right? If so then our toughness is a innate resist to a Lightsaber then.

lightsaber atm are kinetic and they will have their own damage with the patch...and yeah atm jedi suck til they hit higher lvls...and once the puclish hits since the robes wont have protections...yeah...we'll still be a little tougher to kill, but no that hard imo.

I know all about Lightsaber damage. What I mean is unarmed toughness is a resistance to melee attacks not mentioning a damage type. A lightsaber is melee, so wouldn't that be resisted with our thoughness?

Im a jedi and yes you guys and the other melee proff's can own us in pvp and it will be even worse (for jedi) after the revamp ive dueled some fencers tkm's on tc2 and we get owned. I dont blame you i blame the dev's more than likely my jedi will be a jedi/tkm ill stop there and stay with that template.
And yes we do whine because jedi has been a big waste of time and we all fell cheated which we have been.
Also we do have our own dmg type now but hey nerfed sabers so they basically do the same dmg in pvp as the kinetic ones did rofl.

How can it be worse after the revamp? Arent you gonna be on your own, non resisted damage type?

I think that TKMs should be one of the things that Jedi may have a good fight against looking at the little bits of info TKA have in EU. I think one TKM should be able to beat a low level jedi and maybe 3 TKMs to have a good fight with a knight.
For all you Jedi reading this I don't want you to lose being strong I may even try jedi someday I just like ever prof have a chance to get a lil butt kicking. I will say the 200k exp lose is too much though If that happen on my TKA i would quit the game

All the Jedis don't whine.

You need to look out when jedi start whining about you. On TC it was discovered that the scatter hit from a carbine was actually able to scratch the jedi, so the devs patched in a nerf for it.....ON A SUNDAY.

Lol your gonna have to pick upa lightsaber to get and sort of decent Jedi exp anyways.. Just depends if your that dedicated
