hi all im a ch 3-3-4-3 novice medic (so i can use gd stims) and bralwer 4-0-0-0 and im going for TKA ym question is with master CH Master TKA and novice medic will i be good at PvE and PvP?

Not really... CH handler is good for mainly 1 thing: Tanking. Such proffesions as rifleman are required to stand back and not meant to get upclose and personal. Thats when you would send a pet up to keep the opponent occupied while you snipe him. CH does NOT work in pvp im sorry to say. Pets just dont engage and do enough "stuff" to help in pvp.
