Thread: TKA/Doctor best solo PvE template?

To be perfectly honest a TKM/Master H Swordsman/ Fencer w/ Novice Med is the best solo PVE. Get doc buffs for 10k then go solo pretty much anything.

I would wait until after the combat balance. Nobody really knows whats coming, but from the sounds of things we aren't going to be able to solo a lot of the things we can now. Which I think is a good thing. The thought of someone taking on a Krayt Dragon by themselves is just ridculous. They're nerfing doctor buffs too aren't they?

Krayts were obviously not made to be soloed, I miss the days of seeing 20 person groups get wiped out by a regular Canyon krayt.

Hell, I just miss 20 person groups. Ones that aren't solo groups, that is.

FT 4, TKM, medic 4040, i can heall for 1300 damage a shot and have the heavey DoT from the flamethower and tank TKA style

I'm looking for a surefire template that will allow me to solo pretty much anything in the game. Fencer/Doctor was OK but I heard TKA was better due to their damage. I also heard Swordsman was a good matchup with Doctor in the PvE field. Basically I've had enough of PvP and I just want to PvE, find good **edit**, and be able to solo everything.



Any help appreciated.

Swordsman/Doc is prolly better, as you have a variety of weapon types. There are a lot of things with 95% resists and Heavy AP that a TKA would spend a long time taking down, even if the TKA himself isn't going to be touched.

If you want PVP AND PVE, TKA is prolly better.

You can go doc/Swordsman. With the doc you don't really need the meditate line of tka. But FOW is nice. IT's all preference I guess. TKM is limited in there damage on higher end mobs w/kinetic resistsbut swordmans lacks the speeds we get. I still think after the balace we will be in a good spot. NOt sure about other melees though. It's easy enough to grind up either of these profs so I think you should do the one you really want and then if you decide that it isn't what you like you can always switch.
