I've heard that attack speed is capped at 1.0. I'm trandoshan,TKM, Master Brawler (+5 speed) anduses 2.2 speed vk. I would like to know if my attack speed is exactly at 1.0, close to it, or exceeds it which is less than 1 second.(theoretically possible but impossible in practice).

I'm fairly certain it's at 1.0. Please note that the speed measurement is not exactly in seconds. 1.0 attack speed is actually a lot faster than one second.
