yes you are.

+125 is the cap, Attainable through any combination of SEA's, foods, and bonuses granted through Squad Leaders.

Just to add, foods can take you over the cap. Though I'm not sure if SL's do as well, but they may.

Does anyone know when Melee defence caps? Because I have like 200. Am I just waisting skill points?
