Unarmed Damage exactly as it says, the amount of damage you do while fighting as a TK before you add the VK damage to it. The only way to add anything to this stat at the moment though is via Burnout Sauce which is a food that increases it by about 20. Once you hit Master it's not really worth the stomach space in most peoples oppinion.
