For my new template on my carbineer char i'm trying to stick in meditative techniques to get those wounds and diseases off me, whats the easiest way to do this without getting the speed and damage, oh and also should I go meditative or go with percision stricking for the defense

The general rule of thumb is to look through the stickies first, and if you have further questions to then ask. that said, no worries. Everyone has done the same thing at some point
