Possibly, but the speed would only help you before you reach 0/0/4/0 in the Teras Kasi profession trees. The unarmed damage tapes don't work right now, so, to be honest, this suit would become rather useless in a fairly short amount of time.

I have also never personally saw a tape that adds +25 to both of those stats

yes, it is a pain to get, and +25 speed would help LOADS in this stage of the tka grind. But, it'd be useless after 0-0-3-0 into tka because you cap speed with a 2.2 speed vk somewhere around then. so i'd say yeah, very good idea. I'm sure your friends would really find it useful.

on how much they are worth, i'd try to buy very soon if possible. When the combat upgrade was announced prices for things suddenly started jumping up in case they're useful in the upgrade... my example is a +24 one-handed speed clothing attachment that i sold. Since fencer caps speed at master with all fencer weapons i know of, its useless. made 5mil off it. the people buying it obviously thinking it'd be good after the upgrade. you never know, your tka suit thats 'useless' for tkm now may be the most uber tkm suit ever after the upgrade anythings possible
