Anyone ever use one when say, fighting Krayts? Just curious to see how effective one might be.

It is alot easier just to spam it when it gets unintimi'd then clear the que after he gets intimi'd again, a macro would just mess you up i think

Yea, the time on it stacks, so just spam it for a minute when needed
