First of all....sorry about the horrible pun in the subject.
Now to the important part....in response to the knockdown nerf, anyone ever think maybe this is a temporary fix as I have still seen people reporting that knockdown still stacks. So instead of the devs spending the time to correct the stacking issue(more important issues must be addressed first IE commando being completely useless), they simply raised the HAM cost of knockdown temporarily, so one can not spam it (as easily)and cause it to stack. As many used that tatic to reach TKM status in a fairly short period of time.
Any thoughts?

Gee, I wish I could tell my clients that sort of thing if I ever distributed a patch that totally screwed their system. "Don't worry, this is just a temporary problem for you. We're looking into it. Have a nice day."
