Can anyone share with me their experiences as a TKM in PvP??

I have previously not liked the idea of people just randomly attacking me, but hell i get spawned on by reds constantly so there would be no difference.

Is PvP fun as a TKM??

How about battle feilds, is it easy to run from one prone enemy to the next beating the snot out of them?? hoping all the while that you avoid fire from others?

I am just curious to know the ins and outs of PvP play, and what other TKA think of it.

Thanks

Don't show your Master tag if you go overt. People will go after you first and kite you. I found that out the hard way. Still took the little **edit** down though. I have only PvP-ed 3 times or so, so I am NOT an expert on this subject but I guarantee having the Master Tera Kasi above your head makes you a big target. My bf just kites them around and tells me stories about it.

Ya...great tip running around with my Teras Kasi Monk title on has already caused trouble

There are people that want to duel me all the time.

i used this fun little combo against one of my buds in a duel, he was an intermediate pikeman.

drank a tatooine sunburn before the duel so that hams arent SO high...then clicked on follow, and burst run.

We started the duel, in which i already had lunge qued up, when i got him with lunge i used 2 dizzys and a knockdown, then i equipped my VK and used unarmedhit2 twice and he was incap

It was kinda fun, but then again, he wasnt a marksman

I agree wholeheartedly with NOT wearing your title...in fact, I never wear my TKA titles,.

I run around with a gun, usually with "Master Scout" or "Guardsman" over my head. It's great 'cause because people think they're getting into a gun fight. They bust out a rifle and gone prone, I run towards them (with a Carbine, or Pistol), Burst Run, equip VK's, then watch them try to stand up andrun away, but it's too late

Also a great strategy for people that walk right up to you, and challenge you to a duel. They'll get right in your face, 'cause you have a rifle, and suffer a penalty at point blank. Unequip rifle, /UnarmedKnockdown, equip VK, and brace yourself for:

Loser_01 tells you, #$%!**$%**&%!*&%$*^$%!!! You cheated!!"

You reply to Loser_01, "Don't challenge strangers to a duel then..."

How about running around with "Novice Armorsmith" (or some other crafter) for a title, and not having anything in your hands already when they throw down the gauntlet? Pick on the "little guy" do not.

I wear my Master Ranger title. The only times I have died is to being overwhelmed by superior numbers. One on one I suppose I would get picked off pretty easily, but so far most battles have been unorganized skirmishes, so everyone is just trying to take the offensive rather than worry about defending.

One PvP is not very fun as a TKA. If you are within lung range then you have a good chance. In "unorganized skirmishes" (as Pyradius put it) you can freely run up to most people and knock them down then smack them silly. I am not a TKM , I am only a 0,1,2,1 TKA, but just resently lost a PvP match to TKM. His "tactic" was to knock me down then spam unarmed hit 3. He was wearing almost a fully suit of composite armor (minus the helmet) and he was healing himself. It seemed to be a good "tactic", he killed me fast and I watched him chew up a stormtrooper VERY fast (he was rapidly hitting for at least 1000). Even as a TKM, I would not stay as overt constanly , I have been ganked a few times while trying to browse the bazaar in the middle of Bestine (I am Imperial).
