(notice i did post this over at the fencer forum, i just want to see different professons opinions i am not spamming)

I am a master pistoleer on Ahazi looking for a good melee class to choose. I have always loved the melee class, unfourtinaltely i only cought the tail end of beta so i didnt really get to explore much of the classes, I was wonderin from some good fencers which would be more fulfilling TKA or Fencer. Damage isnt too much of an issue I am not one of those power hungry power gamers that milk the game for all its worth. Istill think you should do some good damage at master fencer, buti mostly wouldlike a chalange of fighting up close and personal. Is this the class for me?

We have the most defence mods of any class tho.....but we need more.....we get shot up entirely too often..one on one a tka will win over a fencer one kd2 will put the fencer out like a light then add 5x leg hits just to look cool.

As it stands now, yes. TKA is very challenging sometimes. Your special moves are less effective for their cost than any class, to my knowledge. They also do less damage for the amount of HAM it takes to use them.
