Just wondering what it does...In other brawler professions it doubles their secondary for seconds for a set amount of time. What about ours? I've heard it gives us abit of all of those or something like that. If so how much of them?

well it kinda does something but its barely noticable especially against other TKs right now its not worth puttin up on the quick key bar
