i am wanting to pick up the brwler profession and am curious about which skill tree to climb. i have heard that TKA is the best way to go, so in your guys opinion is it?

You can't go wrong with either TKA or Fencer. Fencer will outdamage in PvP due to the stun baton. A TKA is great in PvE and PvP.
