i made novice about 1.5 weeks ago and i am already 2222 ............... but the way i did it was to get knock down and dizzy first of all this will help you on attacking therefore give you more xp

what I recommend is to use dizzy first then knockdown, then dizzy a few more times whilst they are down, then use unarmed 2....... but this tends to work on NPC's more than animals

or you could go the meditate route cos once you get to 2*** you can buff yourself for a short period

you could even get buffed drink brandy then go to fort tusken you get about 3000 xp per kill and you can kill a tusken within 20/30 secs when you are a novice but watch out for observers excutioners and witch doctors cos no one can solo them (300k of ham .........lol)

If you are fighting a mob that you can't bet in 30 seconds or less, open with stun. If you are fighting a char that you can't beat in 1 minute or less, then use stun and blind.

Both attacks work nicely on large mobs.
