Thread: TK defense?

Alright i was in the Geo caves and there is a room downstairs that has crazed geos that spawn in it (im sure you know of it). Well one day the spawn rates got messed up pretty bad in some of the rooms and this room was affected. When i went in there instead of being attacked by 3 geos i was mobbed by about 15-20. All was good since they were dealing like 20 hp max and my ham bars didnt seem to be dropping too quick but i had a problem: i couldnt attack (well i got like one or to hits in after what seemed like forever). I was just going area attack them all but my toon kept doing this hand blocking move over and over. Now i was told defense acuity was broken but is this really it. Unfortunately i did not think to take screens (damn im stupid:smileysad

That little block thing tka's do, it shoudln't be interferring with you doing specials.

It did interfere though. I had to run around and pick em off one by one so that the mob wasnt attacking me at once

Sounds to me like there was an issue with the caves themselves (especially with the spawn rates being messed up) and that caused problems with you getting specials off.
I had that happen once before in a really laggy spot, and only then, so I figure it is a bug that occurs in an area that is having problems...
Only way I know for sure to test that is for it to happen again and get someone with another profession to come in and see what they do....

well its happened to me twice
I am also a heavy swordsman so if a can find another large mob i will try both area attacks and see what happens
