I see this term used alot and i am sad to say I am not really sure what it means can someplz help me out with this i am bored out of my mind cuz i cant log in

ok a buff = somethin that ups your stats like brandy.

a debuff = somthin that happens the take some stats and resist down like a moun drop.

It is all fun and games till I shoot you in the head.

Debuffs are generally the same as "status ailments" in many other games. The ones in this game are Dizzy, Stun, Intimidate and Blind. Peripherally, some people would consider poisons and disease also in this category, but the feel for them is slightly diff in SWG.
