Ive seen this before, but I cant find it now, what does each meditate level add to meditate abilties?(i think wound healing was 4 but what was the rest?)

I believe it's bleeding healing at novice, poison curing at meditate 1, disease at 2, faster bleed/poison/disease healing at 3, wound healing at 4, faster wound healing at master

I thought you could only heal wounds at meditate IV...

You can heal wounds at meditate 4, but it's not as fast as when you're a master tka
