One quick question

Which is better to PVE, TKM/Pikeman or TKM/Fencer???

All Depends on your equipment.

If you have an uber stun bat (I'm talking 300+ dmage, without powerup), fencer. This way you get a really nice damage type, people have a hard time hitting you, and you're still really tough from additional mitigation if you do get hit.

If you have some really nice DoT pikes and lances from Nightsisters (at least 2 >60% potency, 150+ strength mind poisons/fires), pikeman. Stack the DoTs then switch to TK to become very hard to kill in the next 20 or so seconds, plus you can hit whatever DoT HAM type you just put on them.

The fencer equip might be easier to get, just go through the geo caves a few times and hope for high damage bones. Otherwise it's off to your trade forums or hours after hours of killing NS. Maybe bring a few riflemen friends to help with those elders, they seem to have a better chance of dropping uber lances.
