okay i just got tka novice a few hours ago and had a few questions. first off i already read the sticky post at the top about teras kasi faqs and still a little confused. my first question is it always a good idea to spam specials, for example at fort tusken i just spam umarmed hit 2 for the most amout of damage, now is that a good idea or not. also what skill branch should i go up next from tka novice. Also where are some good mission terminals because the ones i go to in mos eilesy all give me missions for only 100 credits. And is where can i find some ubese armor on the bria server, becasue on tatooine there seems to be no armorsmiths. since i am very poor would it be a good idea to do the artisian so that i can make my own items and vechiles.
alot of questions but i am a newbe and still learning the game. any help or guidance would be greatly appriciated.

Ok, whenever you spam specials, make sure your buffed. If your buffed, you can spam unarmed hit 2 as much as you want. (Consider purchasing Vasarian Brandy/Muon gold for mind buff too). The trees you go up is all down to preferance; what I did was get balance 1, then power 1, then the whole of power, whole of balance, whole of meditation, and finally the line that fills by itself. I would say fort tusken is probabaly one of the best places to be, at tk novice. (however, if you havent got any skill boxes in the prof yet, make sure you stay near people, and be sure to know when to run if you ever get in too much trouble). Once you have knockdown and dizzy, you should be fine, however. Not sure about missions on Tattooine, but I think Hurton Huntress's on Dantooine (make sure your buffed) make for good xp, and savage quenkers used to be good too, not entirely sure if they still are.
Finally, when you hit the teras kasi master box, make sure to explore the whole of your profession; remember that teras kasi have MORE then merely KD2 and UH3.

actually, it is more than a matter of preference...if you go up the power techniques tree first, all the other trees will go faster, since you will have all the speed and damage bonuses. DEFINATELY do power tech first, then balance conditioning, and feed combat xp into the striking tree as you go.
as far as missions go, you can probably do solo missions on dantooine...huurtons are good for unbuffed/solo missions, if you are careful.Try to avoid any of the missions that have mobs with ranged attacks or disease (ie, voritors and seething bols)
if you aren't too broke to get a good set of buffs, you can join a "solo group" and kill the group missions by yourself for good xp and cash. You need to be buffed, tho, since novice TK would probably have a hard time with the higher level missions.
if you are really hard up for cash, and good quality tatooine wooly hide is in shift on your server, hunt feral banthasand sell the hides to armorsmiths, or just put them on the bazaar inblocks of 500 or 1000, and sell at a good price. Ferals are great forunarmed 4/noviceTK, since you can easily and quickly kill them in batches of 6 or 7 using spin attacks, and still get 1k'ish xp for each kill. (6k xp in a couple mins, with little risk) again, you should probably be buffed, or at least have some good food/spice and stim b's.
as far as taking up artisan, remember the time you will need to spend finding resources, and of course, you have to spend money to make money...(crafting kits, vendors, etc etc.) i suppose if you were to get master artisan, you could crank out a bunch of average-good speeders and sell them at a low price, but that takes time and a good amount of resources just to get. (you probably wont make much money selling clothes or low level food buffs on the bazaar).
as far as spamming specials, it depends on the situation. Always intimidate early in the fight, and throw on all the state changes you can (blind, stun, etc.) if you keep the enemy intimidated, stunned and blind, you will notice adifference in how much damage you take and dish out. Spin attack is your FREIND, even if you only have 2 mobs on you. (see the feral bantha strategy, and apply it to other mobs that tend to surround you)
Remember to keep an eye on your mind bar if you are going to spam unarmedhit2, and throw in the state changes/intimidate whenever they wear off. Also remember that having a full combat que delays other actions (healing, center, etc) until the que is clear. So to ensure your heals and whatnot go off when you need em to, try not to spam more than 4 or 5 attacks at a time. (cntrl-backspace will clear the comat que, if you need to)
...do like this...
/unarmedhit2
/unarmedhit2
/intimidate
/stun
/blind
/intimidate (until it sticks)
/unarmedhit2
etc, etc.
get some cash, get some food/drink/spices, get some doc buffs, get some cash, get some cash, get more food buffs, get more doc buffs, get more cash. before you know it, you'll be TKM.

okay just i few more questions first is i would like to know if i should migrate my stats since i started out as a scout and then went to brawler. because my health and action are about the same but my mind is about 300 points less soi was wondering if i should even them out or not.also where can i find the feral banthas because the only ones i can find are those bull banthas or whatever there called, and stupid medecicded to attack one only to find out that there were six of them in the area and that they are social. any help would be greatly appriated especially on making money because i am very broke.
