Thread: Unnarmed Skill Tapes What should I be looking for?

A while ago I foolishly went out and paid a LOT of money for an unnarmed speed +8 skill tape, only to realise that we already hit once per second anyway so it was useless.
So I was wondering, which skill tapes DO make a difference? I heard accuracy was useless to because we never miss. Is it just unnarmed toughness and damage we need? Do melee/ranged defence help?

yes melee and ranged defense can help but there isa maximum amount for each of those that you can have... and I believe its 120 in each...

The only tapes that I would personally be willing to buy would be melee defense. I just don't see speed or accuracy helping us any once you hit master.

We are the only profession for whom Damage tapes work. I use a couple of large unarmed damage tapes (+10) and see a usefuldifference.

I've never seen an unarmed toughness skill tape, but I do know the damage ones work and thats what you want. TKA already get the speed cap and some mad accuracy so extra accuracy is not needed, just damage.

any plus speed and acc is nice for grinding after you hit master tho all you need is unarmed damage
