ok.
First let me tell you my "template"
I'm TKM. thats it. (working on master brawler, but for this story i'm about to tell, that dosent matter).
I was in cornet today, and a reb says "I HEAR BY DECLARE CORNET IN CONTROL OF THE REBEL ALLIANCE. LONG LIVE THE REBELLION!"
so i walk up and /slap him, and tell him the day the rebs control cornet, is when hell freezes over.
I walk up to the ticket collector, and there are 45 seconds left.
"lets duel then mimic."
Well alright! i drink my brandy and put on my armor. i figured he was a rifle, tk, fencer temploiter.(he had a rifle armed)
so then, we start dueling. i notice i'm getting group invites from him. strange.
i use COB, knock down 2, dizzy 1, warcry 1 and intimidate 1 (all in a macro i have named "pvp").
none of em stick. very interesting indeed.
so /follow and start lunging him to his knees. boom got him!
i get withing range right as he stand up. i am 3 mabey 4 M away. using head hit on him (buwhahahahhaa).
and he starts the kite.
rember kids, /follow your oponent. it's the best thing we have to help us with ranged people who like to fly us.
so as this goes on for abotu 2 minutes. i'm getting bored. finally i got lucky with my pvp "macro". and he got what was comming to him.
i then found out he was a squad leader.
buwhahaha.
anyways, rember this. (it's what i do). if i start to get kited. i'll /follow and /burstrun if i have to. then lunge at em till i make contact =)
it works. i promise.

works great for duels.. but what do you do when you forget you're overt (oops.. hehe) and start getting pot-shotted @ 64m?

Another thing that helps is being a Master Ranger with maxed burst run.
