Interesting post on the Pistoleer boards about an interview at E3...

Now does this mean not only will we need to acquire Night Sister Vibro Motors, but also drag a weaponsmith down into a dungeon which is looking pretty tough. (granted I like a tough dungeon, but dont want my local weaponsmith and his +25 weaponsmith exp suit to get killed

) or maybe this only refers to the Mandolorian armor and the new vehicle...hope so...Ill brave the dungeon but dont want to have to ask someone else to just for some new RKs...

You will also be in direct compotition with the polearm users because the only mob that drops the motors, also drops the energy lance that they all want. Did I mention the mob that drops this stuff requires at least 3 to 5 good combat masters and a medic to kill because you have to fight close to half a dozen protectors at the same time? Did i mention the mob that drops this stuff also only spawns about once every 24 hours? Did i mention that eventhe low endmotors are already selling for over 1 million credits each on alot of servers even though they cant even be made yet?

If your rich or in a guild with alot of people that owe you a favor you might be able to get a razor knuck, otherwise i wouldnt hold my breath.

I'm glad to have a rezzer and a weaponsmith in the guild, I'll just need to drag along more people to cover the weaponsmith and rezzer

I stood and watched a Swordsman beating away at the crazed woman herself solo the other night, didn't seem to be having any trouble taking her out, admittedly it took a hell of a long time, but as far as I know, he was the only one to walk away alive.

what are the stats on protectors again?

i was hunting ns's last night for some particular loot and at one point had 3 spellweavers and 2 sentinels on me. they all died. i had a rifleman friend helping out, but it wouldn't have mattered.

so... 6 protectors.... i'm not ruling it out.

I've taken axkva out solo several times - although it's no walk in the park those protectors that spawndoesmassive damage and axkva takes forever to kill as a single swordsman.
